Emily
Auto Body Manager
I began my journey in the automotive industry in September 2021, starting as a receptionist at a Jeep dealership. From there, I transitioned into sales at another dealership before discovering my passion as a service writer. I’ve always loved this industry—there’s something new to learn every day, and I truly enjoy helping people better understand their vehicles.
In September 2024, I joined J&L Auto Body to write estimates for accident repairs. That move opened my eyes to an entirely new side of the automotive world. Today, I’m proud to serve as the Body Shop Manager, where I get to grow an amazing team, guide customers through the repair process, and help them get back on the road with confidence.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our four boys. I also enjoy doing nails for myself and my family. In the summer, we’re usually outside swimming or playing, and in the winter, we cozy up inside with movies and baking.
Felicia
Estimator
My passion for vehicles began at a young age, working alongside my dad in the driveway. I was always asking questions, eager to learn more about how things worked. At 19, I started my career as a lube technician—and from there, my love for the automotive industry only grew.
While I found that turning wrenches was more of a hobby, I didn’t want my knowledge of cars to go to waste. I transitioned into the front office as a Customer Service Representative, then took on the role of Service Dispatcher at a dealership, ensuring the shop operated efficiently. I later served as a Parts Manager before stepping into my current role as an Auto Body Estimator.
Over the years, my passion for this industry has only deepened. Now I get to share that enthusiasm with my boyfriend, Jon, and our three boys. We love learning, growing, and helping others—both at work and in life.
Outside of the shop, you’ll often find us spending time with friends, playing outside with the kids, or curled up on the couch for a family movie night.
Mandy
Customer Service Representative
After 20 years in the banking world, I made the exciting leap into the automotive industry—a world that’s always felt close to home. My father was a skilled engine builder and mechanic for over 55 years, and I grew up watching my brother race on the dirt track every Saturday. Even now, there’s nothing quite like the sights, sounds, and smells of Pro Stocks and Sprint cars—it brings me right back to my roots.
I’m thrilled to be part of this industry and eager to keep learning every day. I love welcoming customers with a smile, helping them feel comfortable, and adding a personal touch to each interaction. Keeping things neat, organized, and upbeat is what I do best—and yes, I love surprising the team with homemade goodies too!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, our two stepchildren, our grandson, and our beloved dog, Sammie.
Ronnie
Parts Specialist
My enthusiasm for the automotive industry began in high school when my dad gave me a Jeep to rebuild for my senior project. That hands-on experience, along with the time we spent working on vehicles together, sparked a lasting interest in the field.
I officially started in the industry over 10 years ago, beginning with mechanical work before realizing my true passion was on the parts side. Seven years ago, I made the switch and never looked back. I began by delivering parts, and over time, I grew into a role where I now help source and manage parts for the entire shop. I enjoy working closely with our technicians, making sure they have exactly what they need to keep jobs moving. I take pride in getting the right parts the first time—and when something’s off, I do everything I can to make it right, quickly.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my dog and friends. On weekends, you’ll usually find us out in the woods with the Jeeps or tearing it up on the dirt bikes.
Ryan
Master Collision Repair & Refinish Technician
Ryan’s passion for the automotive industry began at just 15 years old, when a school program offered students the chance to shadow local businesses. The custom auto body shop was the only one that looked like fun—and he was right. That opportunity quickly turned into a job, sanding and working with body filler, and it sparked a lifelong career.
With over 30 years in the industry, Ryan has developed into a highly skilled and respected auto body painter. In 2005, he earned all of his ASE certifications and proudly holds the title of Master Collision Repair & Refinish Technician. He’s even owned and operated his own auto body and detail shop.
From a young age, Ryan has always been curious about how things work—paired with a deep love for cars. That curiosity and dedication have fueled his career and helped make him the expert he is today.
Outside the shop, Ryan enjoys time with his two amazing children, his fiancée Mandy, and their new grandson. You can usually find him in the garden, tinkering with projects, or spending time with their dog, Samantha.
Robie
Reconditioning & Detailing Specialist
Robie has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years, beginning his career in 2003 at Auto Serve of Newport. From the start, he stood out for his reliability, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail. Over the years, he has worked both with dealerships across the Upper Valley and independently, consistently building a reputation for excellence.
Robie takes immense pride in his work, ensuring every vehicle—whether it’s a heavy-duty dump truck, compact car, or motorcycle—is cleaned and reconditioned inside and out to the highest standards. His goal is always the same: to leave each customer completely satisfied and confident in the care their vehicle has received.
